Refund Policy

  • Initial Fees: The initial setup fee for Local SEO services is non-refundable due to the upfront work involved.

    • If a refund is approved, it will be prorated based on the services rendered up to the date of the refund request.

    • If the client decides to cancel the project before completion, a pro-rated refund may be considered based on the work completed up to the cancellation date.

  • Initial Fees: The fee for the initial marketing plan development is non-refundable once the strategy session has been conducted.
  • Plan Alterations: If the client is not satisfied with the marketing plan, we are open to revisions and adjustments within the scope of the initial agreement at no additional cost.

6. Facebook & Google Ads Management

  • Initial Fees: Fees for initial campaign setup and strategy are non-refundable due to the upfront work involved.
  • Ongoing Campaigns:
    • Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the campaign start date.
    • Approved refunds will be prorated based on the management services rendered and any remaining unspent ad budget will be refunded or credited.
    • Ad spend already committed through the platforms (Facebook, Google) will not be refunded.
    • No refunds will be issued after the first 14 days.
